ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS

The average manufacturing time depends on the model:

  1. V6, V6-SA, DDF6, V5, V3, V7, V17, V18, GF6, GF7 & R6: 5 weeks
  2. RG, V12, V12-SA, DDF12, MK, GP, V11 & R12: 6 weeks
  3. Full Floating: 3 months
  4. R46 & R50: 2 months

The easiest and most secure way is to place your order on our website.

To do this, follow the steps below:

  2. Validate your account following the link received by email
  3. Add to your cart the product(s) you want
  4. Click the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart, then complete the order items
  5. Pay for your order online by credit card or bank transfer

For your information, take a look in our FAQ for the average manufacturing times according to your model. Please note that our watches are handmade in our French workshops, it is possible that events beyond our control may impact our production and therefore unfortunately delay your order. PAYMENT SOLUTIONS

You can pay for your order directly on our website in several ways:

  1. Bank transfer: as soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email containing our IBAN, the reference of the transfer to be entered, as well as the amount.
  2. Credit card: our banking partner Paypal allows you to pay for your order by credit card in complete security. Note that you can pay by credit card through Paypal without having a Paypal account.

You want to pay for your order by credit card but you don't have a Paypal account? No problem.

You can now pay by credit card without having or needing to create a Paypal account.

For that, nothing could be simpler, choose "Pay by credit card with Paypal". You will then be redirected to the site of our financial partner, and you can then choose the option "Pay by credit card" without creating an account.

If your model is not listed, use the manual that has the same automatic movement as your watch. For any other questions, please contact us through the chat bubble located at the bottom right of your screen.

A 3 year warranty is offered on all of our "new" models. The "Collection" and "Used" models are guaranteed for 2 years.

During the order process, you can add 2 years of additional warranty for 300€ including tax.

In order to evaluate a repair of your watch, please contact our watchmaking department: precitime@wanadoo.fr

It is recommended to start monitoring the condition of your B.R.M for the first time from the age of 10/12 depending on the model.

On the other hand, if you do not notice any alteration compared to its new condition, it is not necessary to carry out a check.

You have a legal period of 15 days from receipt of your order to return your product that you are not satisfied with. Note, however, that these conditions do not apply to configured and/or engraved models.
