Located in Germany, at Nürburg, south of Cologne, the Nürburgring, which literally means 'the ring of Nürburg', is one of the largest circuits in the world. Set in the Eifel massif, it is studded with numerous corners and vertiginous gradients, which earned it the nickname of the 'Green Hell'.

At its inauguration in 1927, the circuit was 28.265 kilometres long. It was quickly divided in two: on one hand, the legendary north loop known as the Nordschleife, measuring 20.832 km and, on the other hand, the Südschleife with a length of 7.747 km. Today, the Südschleife no longer exists. 

On the competition side, the Nürburgring notably hosts the 24 Hours of Nürburgring and DTM Nürburgring. The circuit also serves as a test track for car manufacturers during test days or Track Days. Some of them have established a permanent test base there in order to develop their most sporting car models. 

It is in this prestigious setting that B.R.M Chronographes opened its first official boutique in March 2018. 

A special watch was also created to celebrate the circuit's 90th anniversary. Entirely in black PVD, this automatic chronograph features a chapter ring on which are engraved: the opening date, the number of corners originally present, and the distance of one lap of the circuit.
