Delivery
How your order leaves the manufacture, and the conditions under which it travels.
Your orders are dispatched primarily by FedEx and Colissimo, with declared value. Depending on your destination, we may use another carrier — the manufacture chooses the one best suited to deliver your watch to you.
A delivery with Declared Value — the option we take with Colissimo — offers you several things:
Through proof of deposit, delivery to the recipient against signature and acknowledgement of receipt (optional with declared value).
With reimbursement of the declared amount at deposit (up to €5,000 for declared value) in case of loss or damage.
You can track your consignment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It is entirely possible to opt for collection of your order from our manufacture rather than delivery.
To do so, provide a delivery address when placing your order; a member of our team will contact you once the order has been placed. You may then inform them of your wish to collect your order from our manufacture. This does not incur any additional cost.
Your parcel is dispatched as soon as your watch is ready: manufacturing time depends on the model, and we indicate this on the piece's specification sheet as well as at the time of ordering. Shipping is carried out with a tracking number, and we send you the link to track your parcel online. Delivery against signature is available upon request — please contact us beforehand, as this incurs additional charges.
Preparation, packaging and carriage are included in the displayed price: no shipping charges are added at checkout, regardless of the destination country. Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Outside the European Union, orders are invoiced excluding tax, at 0% VAT. Your country's VAT, customs duties and any carrier handling fees remain payable by you and are collected on delivery — we can neither advance nor estimate these on your behalf. This applies notably to the United States.
The cooling-off period, its exceptions and the procedure to follow are set out in full in article 13 of the general terms and conditions of sale. The manufacture's withdrawal form must be enclosed with the return.
Two texts from the house, brought together here: collection from the manufacture and the terms come from the boutique's frequently asked questions, the 'Shipping and Returns' section of the 'Delivery' page, CMS identifier 1 (view the original page). Two points were corrected on instruction from management, on 12 September 2026: the carriers are FedEx and Colissimo (the shop indicated UPS on one side, La Poste and DPD on the other), and no timeframe is given here any longer — it depends on the model, and is stated on the product sheet.
