B.R.M Chronographes is an independent French watch manufacture in Magny-en-Vexin, France. Every B.R.M watch is made to order. Our connector gives your assistant the same configurator you find on brm-chronographes.com: models, options, rules, prices for your country and photographic renderings.
What you can do
- Browse the collection — the configurable models with their base price and case diameter.
- Explore a model — every component (case, dial, tachymeter, crown, strap…) and its options, with surcharges, incompatibilities and dependencies.
- Check your design — the assistant is told what is missing or incompatible and how to fix it.
- Know your price — the indicative price for your delivery country, in that country's billing currency, with the applicable tax regime (French VAT inside the EU; 0% VAT outside the EU, customs duties payable by the buyer). Shipping is included. Watches are made to order in 6 to 8 weeks.
- See your watch — a photographic rendering of your exact configuration, from 30 angles.
- Keep your design — a link that reopens your watch in the configurator on brm-chronographes.com, where you can adjust it and buy it.
- Ask us — with your agreement, the assistant can pass a request to our team: a private visit of the manufacture, a personalised quote, or something the configurator does not offer.
What the connector does not do: it never places an order, creates a basket or takes a payment. You complete your purchase on brm-chronographes.com. Prices given in a conversation are indicative; the amount shown at checkout on brm-chronographes.com is authoritative.

Fair use. Calls are rate-limited per tool. When a limit is reached, the tool returns the error rate_limited with a retry_after_seconds hint. Requests to our team are limited to a few per email address per day; identical requests within 24 hours are merged.
Errors. Tools return explicit error codes the assistant can act on: model_not_found (with the list of available models), unknown_option, dependency_unmet, invalid_arguments, consent_required, rate_limited.
Troubleshooting
- The assistant does not use B.R.M — mention “B.R.M” or “B.R.M Chronographes” in your message, and check that the connector is enabled for the conversation.
- “Rate limited” — wait a minute and try again.
- The price differs from the website — prices depend on the delivery country; the website's checkout is authoritative.
- An option I want is missing — ask the assistant to send a special request to our workshop; we reply by email.
Privacy
The connector has no access to your conversation, only to what the assistant sends to our tools. It sets no cookie and needs no account. We keep an anonymous usage record (with a daily-changing hash of the IP address, never the address itself). Your contact details are only received if you ask the assistant to send a request to our team and agree to be contacted.

Terms of use
- Purpose. The B.R.M connector and API (“the service”) let you, through an AI assistant, explore, configure, price, render and share B.R.M watches and send requests to the B.R.M team. The service is provided free of charge, as is, with no availability commitment.
- No sale through the service. The service does not form any contract of sale. Prices, currencies, taxes and lead times it returns are indicative; the price and conditions shown at checkout prevail. Any purchase is made on brm-chronographes.com under our Terms and conditions of sale.
- AI assistants. Answers are written by the assistant you use, which is operated by a third party (for example OpenAI or Anthropic). B.R.M is only responsible for the data returned by its tools, not for how the assistant phrases, summarises or completes it.
- Requests to our team. A request sent through the service (visit, quote, special request) commits neither party. Feasibility, price and lead time of a special request are confirmed only by B.R.M in writing.
- Acceptable use. Do not use the service to send messages on behalf of others, to submit third parties' contact details without their consent, to attempt to bypass rate limits, or to overload or probe the service. We may block abusive traffic.
- Intellectual property. B.R.M names, logos, designs and images, including renderings produced by the service, remain the property of B.R.M. You may share them for personal, non-commercial use.
- Changes. We may change or discontinue the service or these terms. The version and date below identify the current terms.
- Law. These terms are governed by French law.
